The senior trip is an experiential, service learning adventure that focuses on personal growth, academic development, and community involvement for our 12th graders. Over three days, our seniors learn to establish, maintain, and extend effective communication norms, problem solving strategies, and teamwork skills.

The trip is framed using the novel The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho as a metaphor for living a meaningful and passionate life. Using the hero (or heroine) of this story, students develop reflection skills to direct their own personal growth and develop the courage to overcome challenges.
